Yes I do. And it depends on what we have. Normally it’s either oatmeal or cereal though. Or a mix of the two.

Breakfast:

  • mcdonald’s sausage breakfast wrap

Lunch:

  • Chicken casserole
  • cup of green tea (little bit of rice milk, 2 tsp cane sugar)

Snack:

  • black cherry chobani yogurt

Dinner:

  • outback leftovers (half a stack, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, bread, salad with ranch)
  • a milkshake thing (blended cake with frosting, small bit of brownies, and almond milk)
  • smoothie (frozen pineapple chunks, mixed berries, honey chobani, almond milk, 1 banana)

thats it. drank a bottle of water. can’t remember anything else. too tired.

exercise:

100 jumping jacks
40 crunches
20 sit ups
70 squats
20 leg lifts
40 single leg raises (each side)
10 girl push ups.
