Breakfast:
- mcdonald’s sausage breakfast wrap
Lunch:
- Chicken casserole
- cup of green tea (little bit of rice milk, 2 tsp cane sugar)
Snack:
- black cherry chobani yogurt
Dinner:
- outback leftovers (half a stack, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, bread, salad with ranch)
- a milkshake thing (blended cake with frosting, small bit of brownies, and almond milk)
- smoothie (frozen pineapple chunks, mixed berries, honey chobani, almond milk, 1 banana)
thats it. drank a bottle of water. can’t remember anything else. too tired.
exercise:
100 jumping jacks
40 crunches
20 sit ups
70 squats
20 leg lifts
40 single leg raises (each side)
10 girl push ups.
